Our Team.

Dane is a professional accountant who has worked for several large billion-dollar real estate firms on Bay Street. Dane left his position as VP Finance for Brookfield Corporation in 1996 to start SPM.  He perceived a need for a greater level of sophistication among property management service providers.  His high level of experience and knowledge benefits all of Strategic's clients.

Nicholas is a graduate of the Bachelor of Commerce program from Brock University. He obtained his Registered Condominium Manager designation from Mohawk College in 2016. In 2018, Nick became an Ontario Licensed Condominium Manager. Nick is passionate about delivering quality customer service and maintaining properties efficiently.

Joel is a hardworking accounting professional with a degree in economics from York University in Toronto. He has experience working in the finance department of an international bank. Joel is dedicated to delivering good service to clients and tenants alike.

Mike has been in the real estate industry for over 15 years. He obtained his Ontario Licensed Condominium Manager license in 2018. Mike is dedicated to his profession and enjoys building relationships with vendors and tenants / owners. His personable attitude is beneficial to tenants, vendors, and clients.

Rebecca is responsible for the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions at Strategic. She assists with depositing rent payments and issuing payments to vendors.
